Data Deletion Instructions

How to request deletion of personal data held by Matchday Affairs Pte Ltd (Singapore, UEN 201927910K) — including data collected via WhatsApp, our booking platform, marketing channels and Meta apps (Facebook, Instagram).

01What data we may hold about you

If you have interacted with Matchday Affairs through our website, booking builder, WhatsApp, email, social media (including Meta apps such as Facebook and Instagram) or any of our marketing channels, we may hold personal data about you such as:

  • Your name, email, phone number and WhatsApp number;
  • Booking history, travel preferences and supporting documents (e.g. passport details, if previously shared for a booking);
  • Conversation history on WhatsApp and other messaging channels;
  • Marketing list membership and engagement records;
  • Technical/analytics identifiers from our website and ads.

02How to request deletion

You may request deletion of your personal data at any time and at no cost. Please use one of the following methods:

Option A · Email (recommended)

Send an email to info@matchdayaffairs.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". Please include:

  • Your full name (as used in any prior booking, if applicable);
  • The email address and/or phone number you used with us;
  • A short note confirming that you want your personal data deleted.

Option B · WhatsApp

Send the message "DELETE MY DATA" to our WhatsApp number +65 8803 1136. We will reply to confirm receipt and verify your request.

Option C · Postal mail

03What happens next

  1. We will acknowledge your request within 3 working days.
  2. We may need to verify your identity (e.g. by asking you to confirm details from a previous booking) to protect against fraudulent deletion requests.
  3. Once verified, we will delete or anonymise your personal data within 30 days.
  4. We will send a final confirmation once the deletion is complete.
Please note: Certain records must be retained for legal, tax, accounting or audit purposes (for example, booking and invoice records — kept for at least 5 years under Singapore tax law). Where this applies, we will explain which data must be retained and for how long, and will delete the rest.

04Data held by Meta (Facebook / Instagram / WhatsApp)

If you used a Meta product (e.g. Facebook Login, Messenger, Instagram or WhatsApp) to interact with Matchday Affairs, Meta may also hold a copy of certain data independent of us. Submitting a deletion request to us covers only the data Matchday Affairs holds.
